If something needs changed on your order once placed, please contact me at blackmountainplans@gmail.com Ability to make changes is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case by case basis. Black Mountain Plans does not accept order combination requests. Please ensure your order is complete before submitting. I am not able to combine and refund shipping on multiple orders. Due to the nature of the items sold there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases, but are always resolvable.
